Although I don't have personal experience with that I know that nipple stimulation will cause the release of oxytocin which in turn causes uterine contractions. This is what you are experiencing.

I know when I became pregnant with my last baby I was currently breastfeeding my 17 month old. She did eat baby food and I nursed her 3-4 times per day. I just wated to make sure I was giving the baby enough nutrition so I decided to start weening her. Took 3 weeks. So glad I did. If this is concerning you start weening your baby now so by the 20th when she turns one she will most likely be weened. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and taking In extra calories since you are pregnant and breastfeeding. GL!
