hello guys I don't a home pregnancy test thisw morning and its come back with a line and faded line

im so confused I last had a normal period in February and it turned out to be a phantom pregnancy and in June I started spotting and had a 1 day of redness and lately been feeling so hormal and sick and headaches I've done a test and its come back with a line and faded line from eBay and I've done ovulating test and there completely positive please help guys
