So confused, 1 positive bpf, two negative? False positive maybe?

So confused right now:(
i am 9 dpo, had a Positive pregnancy test with 2nd morning urine, Then 2 Negative tests, but with 3rd urine.
I am wondering if the test has given me a false positive, They are internet cheapies, def wasnt an evap, the line showed up straight away before the control line and was darker than an evap, but not as dark as control line.
When i looked for the expiry date, there was not one, nor a lot number however there is a CE mark They were only brought 2 weeks ago.
The other two i took, One was the same And the other was branded. both negative.
Something is def up with my cm though usually dry up after o, however had creamy cm since 2dpo.
Cervix is still high and period due in 5 days, so confused.com.
Usually would have waited to test just my fiancee asked me if morning sickness could start this early, and out of curiosity did the test.
Going to wait before i test again, Please ignore my horrendous spelling, lol.
Any insight much apreciated.
