Do pregnancy symptoms come and go?

I am 4+3 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering with really sore breasts and feeling sick & getting mild cramps. This is my second pregnancy but with my first I didn't really have many symptoms and it was a straight forward pregnancy near enough. Sometimes the symptoms come and go.
