Spotting at 6 DPO. Implantation bleeding???

My Husband and I have been trying to conceive for many years. Finally went to clinic two and a half months ago and turns out he has no sperm. He has now been on HCG, Clomid and Testosterone for almost three months. We have continued to have sex without any thought because we were not sure how fast it would work. In fact our doctor said it would probably be IVI for us. We did have sex on high ovulation days. I woke up this morning about 6-7 DPO and had light pink spotting when wiping with a bit heavier (non odor) discharge. Could this be implantation bleeding? I never had it with my two older children. I don't want to get my hopes up and I have not even told him to get him excited. I wish I could test now!!
