do i have a mucus plug formed?

Started my period 22nd of June. I have taken pregnancy test all neg , starting doing bbt charting i have taken opk test and still haven't ovulated. I have a 26 day cycle on average,I should of ovulated by now and I am usually wet. I checked my cervix it is high and dry and if feels like there is something in it ? Have been very emotional but I am around when I ovulate. I want to start taking some vitamins for next cycle for implantation, but I know they can cause a miscarriage so worried, could I still be pregnant?
