Depo. Late period 1 weeks late

Hi i came off the depo 2 months ago. I bled the day I was due for a top up for 6 days. I then bled again 7 days after for 3days.. I then bled again 8 days after for 5 days I had what a positive opk on CD21 of a 28 day cycle (which I've always had before children and even after comin off contraception ) so I'm now 7 days late I've been having creamy cm for the past week more after I've been out walking. Negative tests tho. I don't no what to think is it the injection messing with my periods? Or am I pregnant but late is producing hcg? My last pregnancy I ovulated on CD20 n got a positive day I missed my period! So I'm kinda giving up, cervix feels really weird too. Feels high and hard but feel like it's sticking out loads so feels long (if that makes sense lol )
