Every cycle in which you ovulate and have intercourse during your fertile time you have a ~20% chance of conception - given that you are a couple without fertility problems. So you can become pregnant right away if you are lucky or it can take longer if you are not so lucky. Sometimes it takes a year or more. You just never know. GL!

There is no sure fire way to get pregnant fast. As Mozart said, it is very normal for it to take up to a year for a healthy couple to conceive!!

I got pregnant a month after I got married. We were on vacation visiting some friends and I noticed I had the real fertile cm. We b'd that night and I never got out of bed, just went to sleep. 2 weeks later my af never came! So that worked great for us. Sometimes it works that fast. Sometimes not.
