You can have LH surges during your lp. That's what your OPK is picking up. After you get your first positive OPK result you should stop testing.

It's normal to have LH in your system in varying amounts and it doesn't usually mean much of anything. It's also normal to have a surge before AF! Which is why they say once you detect your surge to stop testing!! Good luck for this month :)

Either you will ovulate or the ovulation test is picking up your pregnancy.
