I need to know if I'm pregnant or not..please help

I need help.on may my periods were 2 days late then had it on the following day.I had drops then stopped.I then had my normal periods later at night and menstruated normal for full 4 days.last month on June I started normal then had my periods for 3 days then later on the 3rd day my periods stopped and I didn't see my periods at all on the 4th day..I had drops after few days.my areolas around my nipples are increasing and becoming darker so I had a pregnancy test today morning and its negative.please help

Your cycle could be changing, which is normal. If you had your period (even though it was short) and you tested BFN, I would say you are not pregnant.
