Question

Bbt question....

Ok, I'm practicing with temping to get used to it and charting it properly. I temp vaginally bc I sleep with my mouth open sometimes, and even more now that I am beginning a head cold or something. My question is..... If I'm temping correctly, at the same time every morning before moving or anything, is it normal for my temp to rise 1.1 degree since yesterday? I'm unsure of ovulation bc I wasn't temping. I'm either 3 dpo or 13 dpo. Any insight before my next cycle would be great. I want to make sure I have a good handle on this before then lol. Thanks in advance ladies :)

When implantation takes place your temp dips a bit then shoots up & stays higher then normal. Keep testing and see if your temp stays 1.1 higher. If it drops and you're not sure when you ovulated it could be that. Any cramping or spotting?

If ur journal temps are accurate, then u shot up less than a degree...thats not a bad thing and can be normal depending on the person and the situation. Keep doing what ur doing, the temp itself isnt super high so I wouldnt worry too much about an illness causing that rise. Ur still well under the norm.
Good luck! =))

I was kinda spaced out when writing it lol thanks. And I do have cramps. Dull ones. Not bad, just like in the middle, not my ovaries. I don't usually get cramping right before af that I know of. It just surprizes me lol. i do however get crampy ovaries lol (but not right now) I also just noticed ewcm, not a lot but af should be lotiony/creamy and I cannot reach my cervix. I don't want to play too much into the symptoms bc that when I go peeing on everything I can.
