crazy cycle!? please help

I have been tracking ovulation and cycles for 4 months..March to april was cd27 then may was cd26 and ovulated on cycle days 13 and 14 of those months..now im in june and started period june 1st on day 17 had ovulation and all of my other lp have said 11-13 now im on day 29 which is 12 dpo and I have no period but yesterday was a BFN..So does that mean I am pregnant and it's just not showing? Or has my lp changed or something? Or have I just not waited long enough? I'm confused! never had this much trouble with my 2 boys geez
