Ovulation/cycle help

So I guess I'm a little on the worried side.
I "normally" have this mid cycle spotting on CD 11-13 and I found out it was a blood filled cysts. (Oh boy -.-)
So now this month I had the shortest period of my life. Just 2 days of light bleeding, and that was followed by 2 days of spotting.
Instead of the spotting on CD 11-13 I lightly spotted on CD 15 and lightly bleed on CD 16! I took hpt on cd 16 and it was bfn. I would have normally gotten my + opk on CD 17 (2 days ago) and I didn't! I'm a creature of habit, and so are my cycles. I also had a temp jump today.
I hadn't been testing 100% because I'm busy. Although I did use 1 opk on CD's 15 and 16 and I didn't get a + there either.
I'm worried I'm not going to ovulate, and i don't know what this bleeding means. Called the Dr she wants a blood pregnancy test. I told her about the urine test, but she doesn't seem to care and wants my blood.
Does anyone have any advice?

Any type of advice would help.
