Please help im so scared

Ladies my husband and I tried fertility treatments for our precious baby who was born this year - I ended up with a terrible pelvic floor prolapse and scheduled surgery! Turns out im pregnant again!!! We never thought this could happy and are so happy!! However I ovulated late and I am either 11 or 12 dpo. The frer tests go from ligt to semi darker!!! They were darker two days ago compared to today but still a very obvious positive! Alll the digitals are preg
