There is so much that can be done in the way of help now. I just had my husband tested and was terrified of the results. I checked out ok and so I was sure he was going to be the problem because we have been trying for 9 months. Tests came back and he has 9x the average amount of sperm and no motility issues or anything. It's such a relief and now we can just bd without worrying about there maybe being an issue. I would say he should get tested because chances are you may be worrying over nothing but even if there is a problem it's better to know sooner and things can be done. And as you probably agree his sperm count doesn't make him a man. Just reassure him of that.

Go to Amazon and do a search for increase semen. I saw lots of natural stuff to help out with that. GL!

Hi, you can start by getting him to take multi vitamins and also stop smoking and reduce drinking as it affects sperm quality. But instead of making assumptions it is best to get it tested. It might not be the problem. Sometimes both people have no problem but it still take time to conceive. It is called unexplained infertility. Anyway try your best to reassure your man and get him tested. You should also get tested. Maybe you can go together and that won't be as difficulty for him. Good luck!

My husband refused to get test for a long time, and my regular obgyn said since we had one daughter 8 years ago that he probably wasnt the issue, and I have pcos. well after 5 months of clomid I went to fertility doctor. He finally did a SA and his counts came back right at normal a little below maybe but his morphology was really low. So we did a second one same thing. Doctor said on our own we had a 1 percent chance every month. Wanted to go straight to ivf. Well we can not afford ivf and insurance doesnt help at all, but they do pay for iui just not the medicine. So we just did first iui and my husbands counts drop drastically from what he had in the SA just a month before. Figures the 2 days it counts they shoot down. I am so depressed right now. I am 7 dpo. My advice is to yes get him tested. They usually want to do it twice. My husband has been having a lot of mood swings since finding out he has issues but if this iui doesnt work I am putting him on tons of vitamins

Personally i have chosen to not get fertility testing on him (im 26 n hes 30) bcuz we dont wanna force it. He has been drinking more water cut back on the beer and even takes the gummy vitamins. We both try to stay active n eat healthy so idk why the unexplained infertility. Im not wanting to beat myself up over our inability to conceive bcuz we have practiced for 3 years now n we know there isnt anything obviously wrong with either of us.As far as the amount ur partner puts out it shouldn't be cause for concern bcuz it could be that its more concentrated. the plasma that releases with sperm doesnt really travel past the cervix neway. There r so many factors that go into creating a life i would think it shouldn't matter if u do talk him into it or not. U can be supportive of him n it doesn't mean its not important to him. That 2ww has to suck for males that r really involved in ttc. He may give in. Men need to have safety respect n control jus like us

Fertilaid for men and motilty aid made by Fairhaven. Its several pills a day but if u can get him to try it for 2 months it might just do the trick.
