Question

Should I be concerned about low hcg level and average progestrone?

I am currently 4 weeks pregnant. I had a beta taken yesterday and got the results today (6/26). My hcg level was 34 and my progesterone was 12. I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 successful pregnancy in the past. I have to get more blood work tomorrow but I am concerned about my levels. Do you thinknow should be concerned or I am doing ok?

You need 2 HCG numbers taken ~48 hours apart to see if the pregnancy is progressing right. HCG numbers double approx. every 48 hours early on in a healthy pregnancy. Your progesterone seems low to me. Address this with your dr and see if you might benefit from progesterone supplements. Best wishes.
