It is usually in your system 7-10days. I was told to test on 13dpo when I was seeing the specialist.

Hi Blondie84, I have just been cleared after 6 months of going through breast mammograms, ultrasounds, & biopsies, to proceed with my fertility treatment. Today was the day I went and did my blood work and ultrasound to check my uterine lining and get my meds to start on CD 3 and then on CD 9 I go back for more blood work and another ultrasound to see if I have to take the Bravelle (FSH) or just the trigger shot. We are only doing timed intercourse right now but if it does not work I will try to talk DH into doing an IUI. But I am sending baby dust your way good luck. please keep me posted on your out come.

I tested my trigger out. I did the 250 Ovidrel shot and had a faint positive until 9 days past trigger (8 DPO). Two days later I got my real BFP, currently 11 DPO and cautiously optimistic bc my lines are darkening.

Thanks! We have been TTC for 3 years and this is our 1st IUI. Not sure what to expect, we've been through so much and I've taken so many PT over the years and I've often said, I wouldn't know pregnant if it slapped me in the face, lol! But we are very hopeful at this point. I'll keep you posted! Follow me!

blondie84, after a very long waiting process I finally had follicles that are maturing, I have 3 on my left side that are ranging in sizes 20.2, 19.1 & 15.3 and on my right side I have 2 ranging in sizes of 20.1 & 17.8. my estrogen came back as 953 but my LH is at 9.67. We did the Ovidrel (Trigger) shot last night after we DTD, even though he was not feeling up to it. I go back to the doctors for the pregnancy test on July 27th, I am hoping this will be our month for the BFP, I have been dreaming of for so long now. Please send lots of baby dust and a sticky bean my way.

blondie84, I just got my beta test back and it was negative. Which I kind of already knew since I took a HPT Saturday, July 25th and it was negative too. The funny thing is I am not too upset about it just more depressed because I am not sure if DH will be willing to do it again next cycle. But I am hoping.
