Bfp immediately after miscarriage. Too good to be true?

I miscarried last month on the 23rd in the ER at 8 weeks. But my af never came. So yesterday I decided to test. Got a bfp, then another, then confirmed with a digital that said 1-2 weeks.
But today after being on my feet for a few hours I noticed an orange/brown/red tint when I wiped. I'm having slight cramping as well. I don't know if it's nerves or what. :( I'm so scared by all of this now. Any advice at all would be great. Thanks !

You might want to get your progesterone tested for peace of mind. Doing a couple of HCG blood tests will also help you to relax about your new pregnancy. HCG should double approx every 48 hours with a healthy pregnancy. Best wishes and congrats!
