Hcg levels

So I have been getting my hcg levels monitored do to my last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. As of last week on monday my hcgs were 47.5 then later that week on Wednesday, they were 138. My most recent hcgs were yesterday Wednesday morning and they were at 4241.. aparently they are doubling every day and a half. Im approximately 5 weeks 1 day today, im extremely happy my levels are doubling so quickly, just cant help wonder if I might be pregnant with twins, farther along than expected or just have really high hcgs.. this morning I recieved a call from the obgyn nurse who said that we "were going to go ahead and schedule a ultrasound next week to confirm babies" I think when she said "babies it could have slipped out or said by accident, not sure and didnt ask her. Have any of you ladies been pregnant with twins and had hcgs double that fast?
