Hey! We started TTC in January and I got a really faint positive test on June 12. We went to the OB as soon as possible, which was June 15.

They did an ultrasound but couldn't find anything, and I was worried! However, they took blood and my hcg was at 141 (my doc said I could have been days pregnant). Three days later my hcg level jumped up to 711! Which is exactly where it needed to be.

I went back to the doctor yesterday the 24th and asked for another ultrasound, and after several minutes of searching, we found the gestational sac with what looked like a very small bean in it! And this was only ten days after I first went!
Needless to say we are thrilled! But my OB says I will have a very long pregnancy since I found out so early :)

Yes....usually baby won't show on an ultrasound until at least 5 weeks and even then you can't see the heartbeat most of the time. I try not to schedule one until I am at least 7 weeks otherwise it just making me worry. Even at seven weeks they just look like a little bean and are barely visible.
