Understanding Progesterone levels

I did clomid CD 4-8 ... my OB told me to get Progesterone levels checked on CD 22.

I just got my results - 25.3!

What does this mean? Is the answer just as simple as - you ovulated? lol

any info would be great lol new to this. :)

Unfortunately Yes, that is all it means right now... you ovulated. Levels above 10 mean it is at a level to sustain a pregnancy if in fact you are pregnant. If you did not conceive, then estrogen kicks in and brings down your progesterone level to bring on your period.
