You'll need to wait to have your period. Your m/c didn't count as your period so you'll need to wait for your body to get back on it's cycle. It took a few months for me.

I think that it depends on how far along you were. I just had a chemical loss. I was only pregnant(getting positive tests) for 7 days but they were not getting darker and then started getting lighter. Right after I finished bleeding my Hcg was back down to less than 2. I was told that I can try again this month. I am counting my pregnancy loss as cd1 but am also doing Lh tests as I assume that my hormones might be a little wacky. TMI but had EWCM on what I am counting as cd 6 which is not normal for me so I am not 100% sure what to expect. I will update if I get a clear positive ovulation test. Good luck and I am very sorry for your loss, I know how devastating it is. xx

my doctor told me that the first day of my miscarriage started cycle day 1. However, be prepared for your cycle to be messed up for a long time. I miscarried in February and still don't have normal cycles. I use ovulation strips starting on CD7 every month until I ovulate. The longest cycle I had after MC was 40 days, but some people's are longer. It's possible to get pregnant again your first cycle and are actually the most fertile the three months following a MC. However, you're also the most likely to MC again in those first three months. It's a cath 22
