PCOS&ttc

My husband and i are ttc baby#2 my last period was may 1 for my normal 5 day my cycle is usually 30 to 31 days may 25 had light brown or bright red/pink blood for 5 days only wearing a panty liner. I then thought i was showing signs of a kidney infection very bad back pains frequent peeing and a little nausea on may 7 so went to the obgyn may 8 the obgyn which said the 25 didn't sound like a period to give another week and take a preg test (i did not have any infection) i couldnt wait so i took a test when i got home and came up negative. Now as of last Thursday I've been crampy on and off with very sore breast where it hurts to sleep. I have to catch pregnancys early so im able to put on pogestaron asap to carry baby anyone have any advise or thoughts it would be very helpfull thank you so much
