Conflicting ClearBlue Fertility Monitor and OPK results - What should I do?

I've had:
- PEAK reading on ClearBlue Fertility Monitor on days CD14-15 (First month using monitor)
- + OPK on CD21 (coupled with cramps)
- No temp rise as of morning on CD21 (first month temping - I take temp in bed before getting up)

What should I do? Anyone had an experience like this?
