Cervix so high and soft and spotting slightly

I'm on CD 30. AF comes CD 27 and lasts 5 days, it's never late or never early.. I spotted CD 25(once only when checking cervix saw some pink on finger) CD 27 (throughout the day, lightly) CD 28 (throughout the day, lightly) & CD 30 (couple times when checking cervix not enough for panty liner) This is not normal for me at all.. My periods are always recognizable as a period, heavy non stop for 5 days. This was nothing like that.. I keep testing with easy@home one step internet dip sticks from Amazon, but all negatives my cervix right now is soo high I can hardly reach it and is very soft, can't tell if OS is open or closed though. What's going on? Has anyone had this happen before? Please help..
