Question

Lactation - early pregnancy or just menstruation?

Ok so period was due yesterday, one day late. Not extremely strange but a little out of the ordinary. Have two kids already, 4yo and 10monrhs, and just noticed yesterday that I have clear fluid coming from both breasts... It's like the very early fluid I had when a few months pregnant. But this early? Could I be pregnant or is it possible to lactate at menstruation?

I never lactated before AF after stopping breastfeeding. But the time I found out I was pregnant I had been lactating a lot! If this is a new thing for you it is a very positive sign!!! Good luck

I just find it strange that hpt are negative still, took frer on day of expected period and was a clear negative, whereas on my last baby I had a positive 3 days before period was due with a frer so I dunno. But can't imagine why I'd be lactating otherwise ha

I had my daughter almost 6 years ago and I still have times when I leak a bit of colostrum if I squeeze them. It can be completely normal and doesn't mean ur pregnant. It happens to me at any time in my cycle. If it keeps happening, have ur dr check prolactin levels cuz it can prevent u from getting pregnant if it's too high.
