Swollen feet and solid breasts at 10dpo is this normal
Since yesterday my breasts have been solid in places and very tender and my right foot has swelled up is this normal form early pregnancy? Im 10dpo and have had implantation spotting and lower left abdo cramping that lasted 2/3 days and have losts of symptoms to go along with it. Is it normal??

I could be wrong since I'm not a doctor, but you could be! I was reading a book called "Eating Right 4 Your Baby", and this doctor says the reason why feet start swelling *ahem* when your pregnant *ahem*, is because some of the foods we eat can cause inflammation to our ankles! So, you could be if what he says is correct! *baby dust*
