Hi. Sorry to hear you are going through this. Laying or relaxing on your left side & drinking water helps sometimes. Relaxing in a warm bath also. I know of homeopathic drops that I have personally taken that helps support a pregnancy. Let me know if your interested. Hoping this sweet baby sticks!

This happened to my sister throughout her first trimester and she went on to have a healthy pregnancy. It is frightening and I'm sorry you are going through this it is very stressful. If you are starting to miscarry there's absolutely nothing you can do. Most of all it's not your fault either. You need to see a doctor to see what your hcg levels are doing. hopefully it's just bub being dramatic in settling in and all is well. :)

Whether or not it's an actual indication of a miscarriage, I think that these sorts of things are definitely something to report to your doctor. If you can't call the doctor/midwife, you could call the advice nurse and see what they say. But try not to stress TOO much, take it easy for a bit. No heavy lifting, no strenuous work. Put your feet up and take deep, calming breaths.

I hope it all goes well for you! :)
