cd 23 vomitting throwing yellow bile when brushing teeth ..too scared

so i ve been very crampy in past few days ....a week left af due coming saturday ...am pretty regular with 29-30 day cycle ....tired..leg cramps ...backache..all the symptoms are present ...but today i woke up with with very irritably stomach upset ....and when brushing my teeth i threw up some yellow fluid which is very much bitter ..sorry tmi ...i was wondering what happened to me...so after a research over the internet i found that it happens with most of the pregnant women in their early pregnancy i took a hpt and as usual it was bfn ...i know its too early as a week left for af ...what u think pals about it ..am i really pregnant ?
