I wouldn't focus on cervix position at all. It can't be used to predict a pregnancy. It's always best to take a pregnancy test once AF is missed and to forget about all the rest in the meantime. Looking for "signs" and trying to interpret symptoms can drive anyone nuts and who needs that. Best wishes.
