Faint positives but suddenly started bleeding with no pain and still getting positives

So I was late and started to test 3 days ago I was getting faint positives up until today on different t brands but a negative on the digital :( only today I suddenly started bleeding quite a bit but no pain I've just done another test and the positive is even more obvious now soooo confused someone tell me what the hell is going on was I pregnant is it heavy spotting heads so done in now and need advice

I went and was sent to hospital I was 5 and a half weeks pregnant but docs were useless basically told me its very possible its a chemical pregnancy and I'm miscarrying and to wait 2 weeks if its still positive to go back in....heartbroken and devastated..
