Light bleeding on cd 16

Can someone suddenly get ovulation bleeding when they've never had it before? I had a very light af on May 18th, and now again am starting just 16 days later. It's been 7 hours and there's still not much there as it's mostly when I wipe. It started out a pinky orange color and is now a darker pink but still very watery. Could it be ovulation bleeding or something else?
