HCG Levels

Omg please help freaking out a bit here need some help.

Had a blood test for hcg levels as ive had pain in my tummy, though they reckon this is down to cysts that have appeared on my ovaries.

HCG level is 2,600. I had a scan and the gestational sac is 4m which would make me 4weeks4days pregnant, They've asked for me to go in on Sunday and get my bloods redone.

Are my level normal or not. Im so confused and just need a normal answer from anyone in the same position as me please xxxxxxxx
