I have used all of those. Follistim is an injectable drug used to artificially mimic follicle stimulating hormone (fsh) to help your egg follicles mature and quite often helps your body produce more than 1 mature egg which increases your chance of conception. Ovidrel is an artificial rHCG used to trigger the release of any mature egg follicles you have after stimulating with the follistim. I am guessing the 3rd drug would be ganirelix or another antagonist drug that is used during stimulation to keep your eggs from releasing too early or possibly Lupron which would be used prior to stimulating with follistim to help all your egg follicles grow at the same rate. It really depends on what kind of a cycle you are doing as to the outcome. Are you using them with timed intercourse at home, with an IUI or with an IVF cycle? I did all 3 but only conceived with IVF due to severe male factor fertility issues.
