Did anyone do the bd like the day before ovulation and get pregnant?

OK everyone I did the baby dance every other day up till ovulation. I felt myself being a little nauseated and gas bubbles and breast tingling with slight pain up till ovulation. Now I'm 1dpo waiting on symptoms each day. I don't know it this could be it. Did anyone else feel this?

I got pregnant when I bd the day before ovulation. I didn't feel any symptoms other than the occasional twinges before, during and after ovulation. Unfortunately for me it ended in a miscarriage. I'm hoping you have better success than I did,
