Help?

I have such an irregular period that sometimes they're every month like the past two months, or it'll skip months at a time... my fiance came in me about a few days after I finished my period, and again 3/4 days later... it's been a week since the first one and I'm experiencing cramping, bloating, and I gag at certain smells.. I have a boy from a previous relationship and he'll be 6 soon. After spending a weekend at the fiance house, he won't stop acting like a baby, winning, sucking his thumb and pointing at things which he used to do around 2 before he was about to put words together. I told my so that I didn't not want another baby till my son is about 9 or 10 because it'll give us time to understand each other more on what we want and my son would settle down a bit around then
