Could I be pregnant?
Hi. Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for almost 11 months now. My cycles are always regular, 28 days. This cycle, I had light spotting 9dpo & 10dpo, which was bright red. 11dpo it was slightly heavier, 12dpo &13dpo, back to light which was reddish/Brown. It started 6 days before my expected period, and has never happened before. It didnt feel like a normal period. I only had to use panty liners.I did a test at 19dpo, which was negative. I'm now 21dpo, still no 'proper' period, Could I be pregnant or am I harbouring false hope? I'm beginning to feel like a failure :(

Hi, don't be sad! I know how stressful this can all be. You are not a failure at all so please don't think like that! Do you have any pregnancy symptoms still? Have you done another hpt? Might be worth a try as it can take a while sometimes for the hcg levels to rise sufficiently to show up on the test. If it is still not positive then you are mostly not pregnant and should go see your doctor to find out what is happening with your cycles. Take care and good luck!

Thanks, it's just so heart breaking, more so because I know about 15 people who are now pregnant, who either weren't trying long or weren't trying at all... I think I'm going to wait a couple more days and take another test. If it's negative I'll arrange to see my doctor..I'll let you know the outcome x
