IB spotting?

I am roughly on cd 22, roughly 8/9 dpo... I have noticed some pitching like heavy cramps with faint brown discharge only when I wipe and doesn't get on panties... kinda like white cm but faint brown to it. Is it possible this is IB?

I took a test but it was negative. My other signs are sore boobs and vomiting / nauseous / hungry more often. Good chance?
