Nipple sore and boobs tender ten days past ovulation..is this normal??

My nipples are sore and boobs are tender ten days after ovulation?is this a sign of pregnancy??

Hi, I'm also 10 dpo and have the same symptoms, I also feel tired, quite hungry, bit bloated and my body aches. But not sure if it means anything as I have had sore boobs in the past and it was just pms. Don't want to get my hopes up too much but really hoping for a bfp this month! Good luck and baby dust to you!
