Got my 1st PEAK DAY on my fertility monitor!!!! SO HAPPY!!!! Any tip or tricks to help the swimmers?
Going to DTD twice tonight! And tmrw! Using preseed and praying that somehow with our fertility issues both of us are dealing with, that one of his swimmers will be strong enough to make his way to the egg!! Any suggestions on how to help the motility ??? I think I may stand on my head tonight to help the guys swim the right way! Lol

Idk ur fertility issues, but tbh, I would only bd once tonite then once again tomorrow. It sounds like his issue is motility, but if u bd too much, u will decrease the supply in the next "load", thus decreasing the motility for that load. Totally ur call, I'm just trying to make u aware in case u didnt already know that.
For overall motility, u could put him on antioxidants (if he isnt already). It wont help what's already made, but it will help with the next batch, which u'll see in 2-3 months time.

The combination of l arginine with pycnogenol has been studied and seems to be excellent for improving sperm quality. As dakotagurrl said you won't see improvement until in ~3 months. During the entire ovulation time frame I avoid acidic foods since sperm do better in alkaline environments. Best wishes.

I stood on my head one time...I got a neck ache, but hey, I'd do it again if it worked! Love that you're using Preseed. I'm a firm believer in it. I also agree with dakota regarding bding too much causing decreased supply the next time (& the rest of what she said, too). Some say drinking a good amount of water helps them swim better ie the number of ounces in water he should drink a day should = half that of his weight in lbs. Good luck!!

Thanks guys!! I got my 2nd peak day today! So we are gna DTD tonight when he gets back from work :) after we did it last night I played down for an hour with my hips raised a tad... And we used preseed so hopefully that helped the swimmers along!
