Ovulation test positive HPT Negative. Help....!!!!
Ok so just to summerise, I am 14dpo and i still am getting negative HPT but positive OPK everyday. Anytime of the day i do the OPK the are always positve. Not sure whats going on but its so stressful. Im feeling weird twinches and mild cramps in pelvic area, and lower back pain since day 1. Does anyone know why i would get positive ovulation tests for over a week but still get a negative HPT... Im so confused. Everytime i take than pregnancy test i get so excited only to be dissapointed 2 minutes later with a BFN :(. If anyone has any advice or similar situations i would really appreciate the coments.

Only after you got a positive with the HPT the positive on the OPK will indicate pregnancy. If your HPTs are negative then you either aren't pregnant or the HCG is still too low to be detectable. Wait a couple of days before retesting. If still negative you could get a blood test. Best wishes.
