I am also 39 and my period is still very regular with regular ovulation. I think that it varies for every individual person. I suggest that you try tracking your cycle on here and then you'll have a better idea of what your cycle looks like and when the best times are to dtd. Good luck!

I am 35 and have a very regular 28 day cycle with ovulation! The concern for our age isn't that we ovulate it is the quality of the eggs that we produce. They get older as we age and sometimes it may take a little longer for a cycle with a high quality egg to be fertilized. But hang in there it will happen just enjoy your husband and BD 3-4 times a week and a baby will hopefully follow ????
