Late miscarriage at 20 weeks when will my period return?
It's been 6 weeks since I lost my daughter. Aside from being devastated and heartbroken, I'm also struggling physically. I was hoping my body would return to normal soon. I only bleed a week and a half after giving birth to her. Since then I've had no spotting just alot of cramping and pain. My period has yet to make an appearence. Has anyone been through something similar? When should I expect my period. I had a son 7 year ago and I remember my cycle coming back within a month even though they said it wouldnt because I was breastfeeding. I also had another miscarriage between 9 and 10 weeks. My cycle also returned after 4 weeks following that loss. Maybe the 2 consecutives losses just really messed me up?

I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks. It was a girl as well. It took a month for my levels to go back down to zero and then I had a period two weeks after. My period was light and spotty and only lasted about 4 days. I got pregnant that cycle with a beautiful baby girl who is 2 today. I am so very sorry for your loss. I know the pain. Keep your chin up, as it could take a little longer this time. Sending you tons of baby dust and heartfelt hugs.

I also mc at 20 wks it was a liitle boy and it would have been due tomorrow and am feeling shit and can't explain to anyone how am feeling as it's not something I can describe . And the fact I have b trying ever since last 4 months I have become obsessive and loopy and checking everyday if am pregnant its almost like am trying to get the baby back I lost. I do feel your pain . All the best with the next one ????
