pretty sure I concepted on the 21 days ago. Is it possible I can STILL get a VERY faint positive?

So I'm 7 days late on my period and I had unprotected sex about 4 days before I ovulated. The first test I took was 18 DPO and was a VERY faint positive but maybe could have even been an evap line bc the next day was also a faint positive but even lighter to where I could barely see it. I've been experiencing all the symptoms, is it possible that even though I'm 21 DPO my HCG levels are still too low? I feel like if I were pregnant the line would be darker and show a bit more by now
