Am i pregnant? Was that IMPLANTATION BLEEDING, MISCARRIAGE or PERIOD?

i had sex on may 9. i never got pregnant. i really dont know how long does my usual menstruation cycle takes(i.e. 22-35 days). but i wish this could help - the latest first day of my period date that i remember was MARCH 13 and APL 14 .. and my expected next period was may 13-may 15.

On may 17 morning(1:00 am), i saw a little amount of color brown liquid on my panty and later on that day.. a blood(color red) start to came out of my vagina(i had cramps). On may 18.. the bleeding starts to be heavy(still color red and i still have cramps). On may 19 Afternoon, the bleeding became less(no cramps). When i saw that there's no more blood adding up on my pad, i wiped my vagina and i saw a brownish liquid. am i pregnant? was that implantation bleeding, Miscarriage or Period?
