11 DPO, 13 days past trigger. BFN this morning, should I lose hope?
I have a 9 year old boy from my previous marriage. I've been TTC for almost 2 years with my current husband and nothing. Finally we decided to see a doctor. He checked hubby;s sperm, came back fine, my blood work was great, ordered a HSG came back normal and a ultrasound to make sure I ovulate and I do. He said everything looked good so unexplained infertility he said. This cycle my doctor decided to monitor me with the help of some meds. I started my period April 28. I took letrozole 5 mg days 2-7. I had an ultrasound CD 11 and showed a big follicle of 23 mm. I was told by the nurse to trigger that evening with Ovidrel 250 ug. I BD the whole next couple of days. I m pretty sure I ovulated 2 days later beacuse I was having horrible cramping. Then 5 days later I had just a couple drops of pink blood when I wiped and went away. After that I had nausea, fatigue etc. I tested 12 & 13 past trigger and BFN. I should be about 11 DPO today and still negative. Can I still get a BFP later

I've had 3 pregnancies (1 son, 1 miscarriage at 9 weeks and 1 loss a daughter at 20 weeks). In all 3 pregnancies I felt I was pregnant as early on as 7dpo but never tested positive with urine until after 12 or 13 dpo. My last pregnancy the late loss I did bloodwork at 9dpo and was positive but the urine didn't show until 13dpo. So DO NOT give up hope I know how heartbreaking and frustrating it can be. wishing you the best! hope you get your positive!
