It's hard to say but you could possibly have ovulated much later in your cycle and if you are having implantation bleeding now then it would take a few days before you get a bfp. Are you tracking your ovulation? Do you know when you ovulated? Are your cycles irregular? Do you usually have any spotting between cycles? There is a possibility that you are not pregnant and just having an anovulatory cycle in which the brown discharge could be breakthrough bleeding due to the thickening of the lining. If you know when you ovulated and it's been more than 3weeks since then, then you mostly are not pregnant and you should go see a doc. Take care!

My periods are always on time. This month when I was suppose to start it was just brown discharge when I wiped. My breast are really sore, cramping, really tired, and food cravings.

If you are 100% about when you ovulated you should test positive if you are pregnant. Anastasia is right, you should call your doctor. Good luck.
