Is it AF or Chemical pregnancy?

I tested HPT :
11th May - Faint +ve
12th May - Faint +ve
13th May - Faint +ve

AF was expected on 12th or 13th May. In the morning i got faint +ve on FRER and in the evening by 5PM , I felt AF cramps and noticed i got it in urine. So i wore the pads thinking it wont be this month or may be chemical pregnancy. Usually i have heavy flow on first 3 days but this time there is hardly in the pads and it's almost one day. Pain comes and go. Sometimes it does not pain , sometimes mild pain. I am so confused. I saw clots as well :(

Please share your thoughts of what it could be , i am already disheartened with this. i just dont understand how can it be +ve in the morning and i got period the same day.
