Help, Pregnancy Symptoms? After two miscarriages and IUI

I have had two miscarriages and did super ovulation with a fertility specialist and it's been over a year since all of that of just trying and nothing has happened. Well my calendar says I should have ovulated on May 3rd and my husband and I did what we were supposed to do and the day after. Well on Monday 05/11/15 I spotted two pin like spots. Also I have been waking up every morning super hot with a little back sweat. I have been super bloated, more than normal and I feel like I need to go to the restroom but when I try I can't go. Just wondering if these are any early symptoms of pregnancy or just early symptoms before my period arrives on 05/18/15. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
