Ah ok, that def helps. If ur cycles are 26 days, u wanna start testing CD7-8ish. The avg luteal phase length is 14 days, the longest is 16 days. So always go with the longest (until u have a chart or two to refer to for ur own length). So 16 days LP plus 1 day for O =17 days, then add a day or two so ur testing before actual O day, so 19 days. 26 - 19 is 7. As I said before, this is based on the longest luteal phase and once u have a cycle or two charted, u may find u have this or less and u can adjust testing time accordingly...u def dont wanna miss the window by assuming and testing too late, so testing early for at least this cycle, will only benefit u.
